ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
The Botanical Cyanotype Printmaking workshop engages participants in the process of creating sun printed compositions using plants to create original artworks. Cyanotype is a mixture of iron salts and potassium ferricyanide that when applied to a soluble media and exposed to the sun's UV rays creates one of a kind art prints.

ABOUT THE TEACHING ARTIST:
Jaélynn Amara Dominguez is a freelance educator and artist who works with printmaking and mixed media. Her work focuses on queer ecology, biomimicry, and human/nature relations.
