ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
This workshop will be an introduction to Ableton Live Suite’s layout and the basics of making a track— aimed for beginners or those in the very early stages of Ableton. Whether you're just getting into Ableton or have some experience using another DAW such as Logic, FL Studio, etc, and want to transfer over to Ableton—this course is for you.
Throughout the workshop, I will go over all the key features needed to get started using Ableton Live Suite. I'll be going over all of the key features that Ableton offers and give a breakdown of the most important tools that you need to know to make a track. I will then demonstrate step by step how to make a quick club track–– creating loops, adding effects, using the automation feature, and exporting the track.
☆ REQUIREMENTS: This workshop is perfect if you have Ableton Live Suite 11, which is the one that I’ll be demonstrating with but should be fine with most versions/editions of Ableton also. The workshop may also still be helpful even if you don’t own Ableton and just want to start learning and have a visual demonstration before purchasing the software. Any device that you can use Zoom with is all you need! ☆
